Shipping & Orders

How do I track my product?

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in the email. Alternatively, you can find the tracking number and progress details in your account's order details section or on the carrier's website.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take between 3 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Who do you use for shipping?

We ship orders within the USA via UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return please follow the instruction on your order confirmation email.

  1. Start a Return: My Account > Order History to begin the return process. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order. Follow the online steps to select your reason for return and whether you want an exchange or refund.
  2. Obtain a Return Label: Download and print your return label from the confirmation page within the return portal. You will also receive a return initiation email confirming your return.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Place new and unused items in the original package. Do not combine separate orders into one package, and do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes, as this can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
  4. Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to a nearby UPS location for drop-off. Keep your tracking number handy to monitor when your return is received. The return window is 30 days from delivery.

Returns will be credited back the original payment method, less the return fee 7- 10 days after the product is received and inspected.

How long does an exchange take?

If you've requested an exchange, we'll ship the new item to you along with a new email containing tracking information. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing from when we receive your product.

You also have the option for an instant exchange if you prefer not to wait for the return to be received. In this case, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the new item, and the new order will be processed immediately. Once your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released.
