Returns & Exchanges
At Williams Athletic Club, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our goal is for you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and flexible return or exchange process.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is marked Final Sale.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be accepted. Items returned with makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, or pet hair may be refused.
Williams Athletic Club reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges from customers exhibiting excessive return behavior.
Bundle Purchases
Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional set must be returned together in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund.
If a bundle item is returned individually, the original bundle pricing will be void and the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail value of the item(s) kept.
Return Options
Refund to Original Payment Method
- Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.
- A $10 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free returns are available for all Club Members.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Store Credit
- Customers may choose to receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
- Store credit never expires and may be used anytime at Williams Athletic Club.
- Returns for store credit do not incur a restocking fee.
- Not available for Final Sale items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are complimentary.
- If you would like a different size or color, we will ship your replacement item once your exchange is processed.
Return Processing
- Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit depending on the option selected during the return process.
